We understand that buying a fragrance online can be difficult. We wish if technology would permit us to experience scent online, hopefully soon, as it can be challenging making sure you are getting the right fragrance for you. Therefore, We want you to be confident in your purchase and so we aim to offer the simplest and easiest return policy for you that we can.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY PERFUME?

We will include a matching sample of the fragrance you purchase with your order so you can try the fragrance before opening the full-size perfum. If you don’t like it you can send it back to us within 14 days for a full refund of the product price execluding shipping. Please keep in mind that the fragrance package has to be returned unopened and in its original condition. Contact us at customerservice@amiroud.com. We will process your refund or exchange within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned product.

WHAT IF THE PERSON TO WHOM I GIFTED THE FRAGRANCE DOESN’T LIKE IT?

The same policy as above applies to any gift recipient as well. Either you or the recipient can contact us the same way to process the return. However, if the recipient does contact us, we ask that they provide the order number and contact information with the name of the person who gave the gift so we could verify the purchaser at our end. Refund will only be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE IT?

As each of our products are handcrafted, we take the utmost pride in their integrity. We understand, however, things can be damaged during delivery. So if the product is damaged, malformed, or abnormal in any way, let us know as soon as you can within 14 days of receiving it by emailing us at customerservice@amiroud.com

WHAT ITEMS ARE ALLOWED TO BE RETURNED?

Please note, we do not accept returns for opened packages and for skin care items such as oils, solid perfume, and creams due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully. Unless we made an error, please note that shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, and refused packages.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE DETAILS:

Three Steps Return

  1. Email Us returns@amiroud.com within 14 days with you name, order number, and the item you would like to return
  2. We will email you a link to print your return shipping label
  3. Pack your products well and mail it to:

    Frisco, 75033 TX.
  • Amiroud.com purchases currently cannot be returned in-store (unless specified otherwise). If you would like to return an item, simply email us at returns@amiroud.com and we will send the returning labels and instructions. 
  • You may return the product back in its original sealed packaging within 14 days after the ship date.
  • Return requests are handled in a case by case manner. Every customer is special, and also their circumstances. 
  • The full cost of the product will be refunded execluding shipping and on request gift wraps. Returns could be for a refund or exchange for the item with a different one. After we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund to the origina payment card.
  • You will receive a confirmation email after we receive your package and process your return. 
  • Your refund will be issued back to the same payment method or card that was used to place the order. We will begin processing your refund in 2-3 business days of us receiving back the returned product. 
  • You should expect to receive your refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned item. However, in many cases, you will receive the refund within one week of the time we receive the returned item. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it. Products are shipped back to us using UPS ground service, which can take between 3-5 business days to receive, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request depending on the bank (3 to 10 business days).
