We understand that buying a fragrance online can be difficult. We wish if technology would permit us to experience scent online, hopefully soon, as it can be challenging making sure you are getting the right fragrance for you. Therefore, We want you to be confident in your purchase and so we aim to offer the simplest and easiest return policy for you that we can.

WHERE IS AMIROUD.COM LOCATED?

We are an online store. All of our products are available through our website amiroud.com and via our authorized sellers on Amazon and eBay.
As a team, company, and warehouses, we are located in DFW area in North Texas. All of our products ship from North Texas to all other states.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY PERFUME?

We will include a matching sample of the fragrance you purchase with your order so you can try the fragrance before opening the full-size perfume. If you don’t like it you can send it back to us within 14 days for a full refund of the product price excluding shipping. Please keep in mind that the fragrance package has to be returned unopened and in its original condition. Contact us at customerservice@amiroud.com. We will process your refund or exchange within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned product.

WHAT IF THE PERSON TO WHOM I GIFTED THE FRAGRANCE DOESN’T LIKE IT?

The same policy as above applies to any gift recipient as well. Either you or the recipient can contact us the same way to process the return. However, if the recipient does contact us, we ask that they provide the order number and contact information with the name of the person who gave the gift so we could verify the purchaser at our end. Refund will only be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE IT?

As each of our products are handcrafted, we take the utmost pride in their integrity. We understand, however, things can be damaged during delivery and perfume may spill due to spray malfunction (well, it happened once). So if the product is damaged, malformed, or abnormal in any way, please take a photo of the external packaing, internal pacaking, and the actual product  and let us know as soon as you can within 10 days of receiving it by emailing us at customerservice@amiroud.com.


Photos are important. We partnered with shipping insurance company and they require you, the customer, to submit photos of the packaging (internal & external) along with the product photo so you'd be reimbursed for the total cost / replacement. reimbursment may take up to 24 days.

WHAT ITEMS ARE ALLOWED TO BE RETURNED?

We do accept returns for new, unopened, sealed, in original condition packages with in 14 days. Some items such as skin care, oils, solid perfume, and creams that come in direct contact with skin are not be eligible for returns due to health reasons. If this is your first order form Amir Oud Fragrance, you will receive a matching sample so you could try it out first before opening the full size product. Unless we made an error, please note that shipping cost is non-refundable. Refunds are not applicable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, and refused packages.

THE COUPON CODE I'M TRYING TO USE HAS EXPIRED, NOT VALID, OR NOT BEING APPLIED, WHAT DO I DO?

There is a chance you may be trying an old coupon code or the item you are trying to purchase is not included with that spacifici offer. Please contact us at assistance@amiroud.com. We usually respond within 24 hours and we try our best to do so during working hours on the same day.

I FORGOT TO USE THE COUPON CODE?

Coupon codes are not redeemable after the order is placed. Upon request, we could reimburse the coupon value to store credit / gift card to use for future orders

Some times we run promotions for a limited time and we are unable to apply coupons after the order is placed.

HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Packages usually get processed, packaged, and sent from North Texas within (2-4) business days. Shipment time to a US destination takes around (1-6) business days for delivery.

We make every effort to process orders within 2 business days of when they are received, however during the specific times of the year orders may take a little longer +2 business days to ship due to our high volume of orders. Once the package is shipped it can take (1-6) business days for delivery, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Orders received through Friday to Sunday will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing (2-4) business days - Season and Holidays takes additinal 2 business days. Shipping Transit & Delivery Time (1-6) business days to contiguous states.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA (INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING)?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Major international destinations are: Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia. We have partnered with major shipping couriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, InExpress Shipping, MyUS, and Al-Naqlon.

Please note that (Spray Perfumes) are treated differently and may not be shipped by air directly by us. However, using mail forwarding services such as MyUs.com, Shop and Ship (Aramex) will make the process much easier for you.

International shipping

Purchasing Outside of the United States?

We do ship to international destinations such as Canada, Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, and New Zealand. Please note that your country may apply taxes, customs and duties on your order upon arrival.

Important Notes for International Customers:

  1. Orders are sent from Texas, USA.
  2. The currency displayed $ on amiroud.com is in U.S. Dollars (USD):
  3. ▬ Your order total may show a different rate on your bank statement depending on the currency of your payment method.
  4. International shipments may be subject to import fees and customs duties upon arrival:
  5. ▬ Your package may get held in customs after it enters the destination country when it is subject to importing fees, customs & duties, brokerage fee, and other imporing costs imposed by your local customs agencies and/or shipping company.
  6. ▬ Some countries impose restrictions on certain substances, products, items, or materials which may cause the package to be held in customs requiring customer's attention. 
  7. All incurred duties and customs fees are your responsibility.
  8. Shipping Couriers Brokerage Fees: 
  9. ▬ Commercial couriers such as UPS and FedEx may add their service fee "clearance or brokerage fee" which would be also assessed after the package clears from customs. 
  10. ▬ You, the customer, are responsible to pay these fees. Incurred fees would be declared by the courier (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc) and can be paid online / upon delivery. Please check with your country's Imports & Customs regulations for more information. 
  11. ▬ It is the responsibility of the international buyer to be familiar with their customs fee policy .
  12. ▬ Not accepting international parcel may impose additional fees.
  13. Order Cancellation: 
  14. ▬ We are unable to cancel international orders once they ship because shipping couriers do not provide such services, otherwise, we would be happy to help out. 
  15. ▬ Mind that NOT accepting packages after they have shipped may incur additional costs such as Return to Sender fee, which in any case would be assessed to you, the customer, once we receive them.
  16. International orders are final.

MyUs

I DECIDED TO RETURN MY PRODUCT, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Our products are guaranteed and vouched for by our customers. If for a reason or another, you would to return your product, these are the steps to return

  1. Email Us returns@amiroud.com within 14 days with you name, order number, and the item you would like to return, if you received a damaged/broken item, include a photo as well.
  2. We will process your request and work with you to send a new item or email you a link to print your return shipping label and have you return the item.
  3. Amiroud.com purchases currently cannot be returned in-store (unless specified otherwise). If you would like to return an item, simply email us at returns@amiroud.com and we will send the returning labels and instructions.
  4. You must return the product back in its original condition, up-opened, sealed packaging within 14 days of invoice date.
Refunds:
  • Return requests are handled in a case by case manner. Every customer is special, and also their circumstances.
  • The full cost of the product will be refunded excluding shipping and any requested gift wraps. Returns could be for a refund or exchange for the item with a different one. After we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment card.
  • You will receive a confirmation email after we receive your package and process your return.
  • Your refund will be issued back to the same payment method or card that was used to place the order. We will begin processing your refund upon receiving back the returned product.
  • You should expect to receive your refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned item. However, in many cases, you will receive the refund within one week of the time we receive the returned item. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it. Products are shipped back to us can take between 3-5 business days to receive, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request depending on the bank (3 to 10 business days).
