General Shipping Information

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination, package size, and chosen delivery method. All shipments originate from our fulfillment center in Texas, USA.

Processing and Delivery Time

All orders are processed and dispatched as soon as they are received. Processing time is {{customVar code=shipping_time_days}} business days. During peak seasons or holidays, please allow an additional 2 business days for processing.

Delivery within the United States typically takes 1 to 6 business days, depending on your location and the selected carrier. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

We make every effort to process orders promptly, though high order volumes may occasionally cause brief delays. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Perfume Spray Shipping Notice

Spray perfumes are classified as restricted hazardous materials and cannot be shipped by air directly by us. Customers wishing to ship spray perfumes internationally may use forwarding services such as ShopAndShip.com or MyUs.com. For assistance in arranging international delivery, please contact us.

Complimentary Shipping Offers

Amir Oud Fragrance may offer complimentary shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States. Complimentary shipping does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii. Carriers and Tracking

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Package Protection and Insurance

For peace of mind, we offer Package Protection at checkout. This insurance covers loss, theft, or damage during transit. If Package Protection is selected, Amir Oud Fragrance will ensure your shipment is covered through our shipping protection partner.

If Package Protection is not purchased, Amir Oud Fragrance is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they have been handed to the carrier. In some cases, we may assist in filing a carrier claim as a courtesy.

USA Domestic Shipping Transit Time

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Texas, USA. Delivery time to most contiguous U.S. states is typically 1 to 6 business days, depending on the shipping method and location.

Please note that remote or rural destinations may experience slightly longer delivery times. Orders placed during major sales or holidays may also require additional time for processing.

International Shipping Policy

Amir Oud Fragrance proudly serves customers around the world, including Canada, Australia, Germany, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Brazil, Oman, and more.

Important Information for International Customers

  1. All orders are shipped from Texas, USA.
  2. All prices on amiroud.com are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Your financial institution may apply currency conversion rates or fees.
  3. International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and other local fees imposed by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Packages may be delayed by customs inspections or import processing times. Amir Oud Fragrance has no control over customs-related delays.
  5. Economy shipping via USPS may take up to 30 days or more and does not guarantee delivery dates. For faster or guaranteed service, we recommend UPS or FedEx International.
  6. UPS and FedEx may charge additional clearance or brokerage fees, which are payable by the customer upon delivery.
  7. If a customer refuses or fails to accept an international delivery, all related costs, including return-to-sender fees, will be deducted from any eligible refund.
  8. International orders are considered final once shipped.

Order Confirmation Requirement

Before processing international orders, customers may receive an email requesting confirmation of shipping terms. Orders not confirmed within 72 hours may be canceled to prevent delays. Prompt confirmation helps ensure timely processing and delivery.
