JORAID INC, doing business as Amir Oud Fragrance ("Amir Oud," "we," "us," or "our"), operates amiroud.com, our stores, Amir Oud Office, AmirQ, Event Go, and the related products, services, features, and communications described in this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services"). Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide ecommerce Services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit or use the Services, make a purchase, join a queue or event experience, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with us. If this Privacy Policy conflicts with our Terms of Service regarding personal-information practices, this Privacy Policy controls.

- Contact and identity details, including name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, telephone number, and account identifiers.

- Appointment, queue, event, and fragrance-service information, including reservations, queue position, guest status, fragrance selections or formulas associated with a customer, and service-progress updates.

- Marketing and communication preferences, including email and SMS consent or opt-out status.
- Information you voluntarily submit, including reviews, comments, photos, feedback, or other content.

## How we collect information

We collect personal information:

- Directly from you when you purchase, register, complete a form, join an AmirQ or Event Go queue, book an experience, contact us, or opt into communications.
- Automatically through cookies, pixels, logs, and similar technologies when you use our Services.
- From service providers and business partners, such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, fraud-prevention providers, and advertising platforms.
- From other people when they provide information on your behalf, such as an event host assisting a guest. We require the person providing the information to have permission to do so.

## How we use personal information

We may use personal information to:

- Provide, personalize, and improve the Services.
- Process orders, payments, returns, exchanges, shipping, and customer-support requests.
- Manage accounts, appointments, queues, event experiences, fragrance services, and operational notifications.

- Send marketing communications when permitted and consistent with your choices.

## SMS and mobile messaging privacy

We send SMS only for the purposes described at the point of consent. Staff may opt into operational alerts through Amir Oud Office. Customers and event guests may separately opt into transactional queue, visit, order, turn, private-link, or fragrance-ready updates through AmirQ or Event Go. Consent is optional and is not a condition of employment, purchase, or event participation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

**All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.** We do not sell, rent, or disclose SMS opt-in data or consent for third-party marketing. We may use service providers solely to transmit messages or maintain the messaging service on our behalf, subject to contractual restrictions and applicable law.

## How we disclose personal information

We may disclose personal information to:

- Shopify and vendors that host, support, secure, analyze, or operate the Services.
- Payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, customer-service tools, and professional advisers.
- Advertising and analytics partners, subject to applicable law and your available privacy choices. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from these disclosures.
- Affiliates working under our direction for legitimate internal business purposes.
