At Amir Oud Fragrance, your satisfaction is very important to us. We take pride in the quality of our products and service. If your order does not meet your expectations, we are here to help you resolve the issue promptly and fairly.


Returns and Refunds

If you would like to request a return, please contact us by email at customerservice@amiroud.com within 14 days of purchase or within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
  • If the product has been opened, please contact us before returning. Each case is reviewed individually as customer satisfaction is our priority.
  • Only the product price is refundable. Shipping costs and Package Protection fees are not refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Refunds are issued only after returned products are inspected and approved. Any additional services such as gift wrapping or express handling will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2 to 3 business days after the return is received and verified.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages unless the error was made by Amir Oud Fragrance.
