# Shipping Policy

Amir Oud Fragrance prepares and ships orders from Texas, USA. This Shipping Policy explains processing, delivery estimates, tracking, package protection, and international-shipping responsibilities.
## Shipping charges
Available shipping methods and charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, contents, and selected service. Shipping availability may be limited by carrier rules, hazardous-material restrictions, or destination-country requirements.
## Processing and delivery estimates
Most orders are processed within **2–4 business days**. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Peak periods, product availability, customization, order verification, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may add processing time.
After dispatch, delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes **1 to 6 business days**, depending on destination and carrier service. Remote destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, holidays, severe weather, and carrier disruptions may take longer. Processing and transit times are estimates, not guarantees, unless a guaranteed service is expressly identified at checkout.
## Carriers and tracking
We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another qualified carrier. When tracking is available, we send the tracking number to the email address provided with the order. Carrier scans and tracking events may take up to 24 hours to appear. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, deliverable address.
## Perfume and hazardous-material restrictions
Some alcohol-based fragrances are regulated as flammable liquids. Carrier, packaging, quantity, labeling, service-level, and destination restrictions apply. For example, USPS generally permits qualifying alcohol-based perfume domestically by ground transportation, while international USPS shipment is prohibited; domestic air transportation requires prior authorization. Other carriers and destination countries have their own requirements.
We determine available shipping methods based on product contents and applicable rules. We may remove an unavailable shipping method, divide an order, request additional information, or cancel and refund an item that cannot lawfully or safely be shipped to its destination.
Customers who use a freight forwarder do so at their own risk. Delivery to the forwarding address completes our delivery obligation to the extent permitted by law. The customer and forwarder are responsible for lawful onward transport, declarations, handling, duties, and destination requirements. We do not recommend or authorize using a forwarding service to evade hazardous-material or import restrictions.
## Complimentary shipping
We may offer complimentary shipping on qualifying orders in the contiguous United States. Unless an offer states otherwise, complimentary shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, international destinations, expedited services, and restricted shipments. Thresholds, eligible products, and promotional periods may change. The terms shown with the offer control.
## Package protection and carrier claims
Optional Package Protection may be available at checkout and is governed by the protection provider’s terms, eligibility rules, exclusions, claim deadlines, and resolution process. Keep the order confirmation, packaging, photographs, and tracking information needed for a claim.
If Package Protection was not purchased, contact us promptly about a package reported lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered. We will review available tracking and may assist with a carrier investigation or claim. Purchasing or declining Package Protection does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, and responsibility for a shipment will be determined by applicable law and the circumstances of the delivery.
## International shipping
International availability depends on the product, carrier, and destination. Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless checkout states otherwise. A bank or card provider may charge conversion or international-transaction fees.
International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage or clearance fees, permits, and destination-country requirements unless checkout expressly states otherwise. These amounts are not included in product or shipping prices and are not controlled by Amir Oud.
Customs review and carrier processing may delay a shipment. Economy services may take 30 days or longer and generally do not provide a guaranteed delivery date. Faster services may be available at checkout but remain subject to customs and carrier exceptions.
We may email the purchaser to confirm international shipping terms, address information, product restrictions, or additional charges. If required confirmation is not received within 72 hours, we may cancel and refund the affected order.
If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned because the customer did not pay required import charges, reasonable outbound shipping, return shipping, duties, brokerage, and carrier fees may be deducted from an otherwise eligible refund to the extent permitted by law. Product eligibility remains governed by our Return and Refund Policy; international orders are not automatically exempt from non-waivable consumer rights.
## Delivery problems
Inspect an order promptly after delivery. Contact customerservice@amiroud.com if a package is missing, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Include the order number and any available photographs. Do not discard the products or packaging until we provide instructions, because a carrier or protection provider may require them.
