How to Use Indian Bakhoor

  1. Place your mabkhara on a stable, heat resistant surface.
  2. Light a charcoal disc carefully while holding it with suitable tongs.
  3. Place the charcoal inside the burner and wait for gray ash to form.
  4. Add a small Indian Bakhoor chip to the heated charcoal.
  5. Allow the fragrance to circulate naturally through the room.
  6. Add more wood only when greater fragrance intensity is desired.
  7. Let the burner and charcoal cool completely before handling.

When using an electric oud burner, follow the instructions supplied with the device and begin with a small wood piece.
