The PROMISE:

• We will do our best to have your order handed (as fast as we humanly could) to the shipping courier which you select at Checkout.
• Your order will be prepared and packaged, assigned a tracking number, issued a shipping label, and moved into the shipping stream within 24 hours from purchasing this service.
• If your package is not prepared and your shipping label is not issued within 24 hours (1 business day) of your order, we will refund the Epediate Processing | Rush My Order cost and your order will be shipped at normal speed.
• The Fast Processing gurentee does not apply to orders received on during public holidays, Friday and Saturday. Please note that shippign offices including the post offce will be closed on Sunday and public holidays.

If your order doesn't get shipped as described, we will refund the amount of this service and your order will shipped with the normal processing speed.

This service allows you to request the expedited processing for your order to have it submitted to the shipping stream as soon as possible.

With this service, we guarantee, your order will get out of our facility and shipped based on the following:

1. Order received between 12 AM in the morning until 12:00 PM noon (US Central Time) will be processed and packaged within the same busienss day from Monday through Thursday.
2. Orders received after 12:01 PM in the noon will be processed and shipped on the next following business day. Altouhgh, we will do our best to ship it on the same day, and most of the time we are able to do so.
